Delivery to Hospitals: We are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. We will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.

Returns of Non-perishable Items
All returns of hard-good items in new condition, made within 30 days of purchase, and with a copy of receipt will be given a 100% refund in the same form of currency used for the purchase. Hard-good items, in new condition, returned after 30 days of purchase will be issued a gift certificate for the amount of the item purchased.
This policy does exclude custom silk orders. If you are not satisfied with a silk arrangement that has been custom made for you please return the item within 2 business days so that we can make adjustments to meet your satisfaction.
Returns of Flowers and Plants
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please follow the guidelines below for assistance.
If an order is filled and delivered or picked up by the recipient and there is a question of the quality of the arrangement, the recipient should contact Main Street Florist directly. In almost every case, we will gladly replace the arrangement. To request a replacement, Main Street Florist must be contacted within 1 business day of the delivery or pick up. Bear in mind that flowers are perishable. Proper care and water is required.
Main Street Florist will make every attempt to ensure your satisfaction. Each situation brought to our attention will be handled on a case-by-case basis for requests made after 1 business day of delivery or pick up.
